Because most items are produced in small batches, I currently accept returns only if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• your order number

• a short description of the issue

• clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

I will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items

At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• change of mind

• personal preference

• items damaged after delivery

Shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Replacement items (if approved) will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
