Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (not including shipping time). I’m a small, one-person studio packing orders by hand, so thank you for your patience :).

Delivery costs vary depending on your location. Please note that all orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders are shipped via Pošta Slovenije. Estimated delivery times provided by Pošta Slovenije are:

• Slovenia: 1–3 working days

• International orders: approximately 3–30 days, depending on destination and local postal services

To keep shipping prices as affordable as possible, most orders are sent without tracking. If you would prefer tracked shipping, please contact me at shop@nezastremfelj.com before placing your order, and I’ll be happy to arrange it if possible.

Customers are responsible for collecting their shipments. If an order is not collected within the specified timeframe and is returned to me as the sender, any reshipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at shop@nezastremfelj.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. In these cases, I will offer a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

Due to the small-scale, independent nature of my shop, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please make sure to review product descriptions and photos carefully before ordering.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and for collecting their shipments. If an order is returned to me due to non-collection or an incorrect address, any reshipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.
