Products

All products are designed and illustrated by me, Neža Štremfelj, and are sold for personal use only. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.

Orders & payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€). Payment is processed securely through Squarespace’s supported payment providers.

Orders are processed within the stated handling time listed in the product description.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, postal service, and seasonal delays (especially during holidays).

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Customs & import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or VAT depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

I reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will apply to future orders only.
