We want you to be completely happy with your art prints and products. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return your purchase under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive and the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1).

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Window)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason (Article 134 of ZVPot-1).

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods (Article 136 of ZVPot-1). If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the final item.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal written statement sent to our email: shop@nezastremfelj.com.

Your notice of withdrawal should include:

• Your full name and address

• The order number and date of purchase

• The date on which the goods were received

• A clear statement that you are returning specific or all items from the order

• [Optional] Your bank account details (TRR and Bank Name) if you prefer a bank transfer refund instead of a refund to your original payment method.
  

You may use the model cancellation form attached at the bottom of this policy, but it is not mandatory.

3. Shipping the Returned Goods and Costs

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us (Article 140 of ZVPot-1). The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

All returned items must be sent to our return address:

• Return Shipping Costs: In accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 141 of ZVPot-1, the customer (buyer) must bear the direct cost of shipping the goods back to us. We do not accept returns sent with "cash on delivery" (COD) or import fees outstanding.

4. Condition of Returned Items and Diminished Value

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (Article 142 of ZVPot-1).

• Notice regarding Art Prints, Cards, and Paper Goods: Art prints, postcards, and greeting cards are highly delicate by nature. They must be returned completely undamaged, crease-free, and in their original quantity and protective packaging. If items are returned bent, creased, soiled, or visibly used, we reserve the right to claim a reduction in the refunded amount corresponding to the diminished value of the goods, which will be deducted from your final refund.
  

5. Refund Process and Timelines

We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard or express delivery method) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract (Article 143 of ZVPot-1).

We will issue the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

• Right to Withhold Refund: In accordance with Paragraph 4 of Article 143 of ZVPot-1, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods (whichever is earliest).

6. Legal Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Custom Orders)

In accordance with Item 2 of Paragraph 1 of Article 135 of ZVPot-1, the consumer does not have a right of withdrawal or return for:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

This exception applies to all custom commissioned illustrations, personalized portraits, custom prints made with specific names or texts, or prints made to unique customer specifications. For these custom items, withdrawal from the contract without reason and return of the goods is legally not possible.

• (Note: Standard art prints, stickers, postcards, and greeting cards offered in our regular, non-customized catalog are fully eligible for the standard 14-day return right).*
